
Jenni Lewis is a Global Inclusion and Diversity Lead at Block, which includes Square, Cash App, and Tidal. She leads efforts to create inclusive workplace experiences that foster a culture of belonging, learning, and innovation. Jenni’s work spans organizational culture, employee engagement, professional development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), driving measurable change across global markets.
Certified in both Human Capital Management and Leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from NYU, Jenni is a passionate advocate for building workplaces and cultures where everyone can belong and excel. She has designed and implemented transformative initiatives such as global professional development programs, inclusive leadership training, and employee engagement strategies, empowering individuals and teams to thrive.
Beyond her role at Block, Jenni is a published author, coach, and adjunct professor, teaching branding and media strategy to NYC gap year students. Her multifaceted career, spanning marketing, talent development, and corporate leadership, reflects her commitment to help others turn obstacles into opportunities and championing the power of storytelling as a tool for personal and professional success.

Jenni is deeply committed to making a difference in the community. She dedicates her time to the board of Surprise the Struggling—a nonprofit organization aiming to increase financial literacy and reduce homelessness among LGBTQ youth and women in New York City.
